My work is rooted in years of alchemic living, of staying in the fire, of walking through dark nights of the soul, of slowly burning away what was never true. Integrative energy work, archetypal and shadow work, and the contemplative languages of astrology, the Gene Keys, and Human Design have all been lived; not just learned. All of this is grounded by a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology that keeps it anchored in the deeply Human.
It is, at its heart, a journey we all share: one of Remembrance, Return, and Deepening.
